Training
Our normal training sessions are every Wednesday and are normally divided into two parts, each part last one hour.
Normal Training - September to May
First Hour - 8pm to 9pm
During the first hour, our coaches will focus on training juniors and novice players. This part of the training session generally has three elements:
* Warm up
* Skills development
* Game situation
Second Hour - 9pm to 10pm
The second hour is team practice, including skills practice, positional play and match practice.
Summer 7pm to 9pm (June to August)
During summer we go outside to enjoy what little sun we can get. This will occur at either Epsom College or Alexandra Park (see 'news' page for details).
