DATA PROTECTION POLICY

The data you provide to us is used for communication with you and to operate the activities undertaken by the Club, and may be shared with other parties as necessary, I.e in respect of matches, tournaments, and Club events.

The data we hold for you is securely retained by the Club Secretary. It may be used electronically for administrative purposes and shared with other Club members with your permission.
We hold the following data about you:

Telephone numbers
Date of Birth
We ask that you notify the Club Secretary of any changes to the data that we hold for you.

Should you no longer wish your data to be retained by the Club, the Club Secretary should be informed. They will then dispose of your data in a secure manner.
